🚀 We're Hiring: AI Strategy & Execution Lead
📍 Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
⏳ Contract: 6-12 Months
💰 Rate: Market Rate
Are you passionate about transforming businesses through AI? We're seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Execution Lead to help a leading financial services organization accelerate its AI transformation journey. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between AI innovation and business outcomes. You'll help define how employees and AI agents work together, drive enterprise adoption, establish governance frameworks, and deliver measurable value across the organization.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in business transformation, strategy, consulting, technology transformation, or related fields
- 2+ years of management consulting experience focused on AI, digital transformation, or technology strategy
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise AI adoption and organizational change initiatives
- Experience building AI operating models and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including: AI Agents & Multi-Agent Systems, Agent Orchestration, AI Evaluations & Testing, Guardrails & Governance, Observability & Monitoring, Agent Identity & Access Management
- Experience developing executive business cases, strategic roadmaps, and transformation programs
Nice-to-Have
- Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or other regulated industry experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or enterprise AI platforms
Please note: This is not a hands-on AI engineering role. We are looking for a business transformation leader with strong AI technical fluency and proven experience driving enterprise AI adoption
