🚀 We're Hiring: Web Application Development Manager
📍 Location: Mississauga, ON (Square One Area)
🏢 Hybrid: 1 Day Onsite Per Week
💰 Compensation: 140,000 - $155,000 Base Salary
🎯 Bonus: Up to 25% Annual Bonus

We're seeking a Web Application Development Manager to lead a growing software development team responsible for client-facing web applications, APIs, integration services, and enterprise data-processing platforms.
This is primarily a leadership role (80-90%) with limited hands-on technical responsibilities (10-20%).
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with progression into leadership roles
- 5+ years of Experience leading development teams responsible for web applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms
- 3+ years of direct people management experience leading software development teams
- Experience managing developers, team leads, performance reviews, hiring, and career development
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments
- Experience balancing project delivery, operational support, and modernization initiatives
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading Java development teams
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Enterprise Integrations
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modernization initiatives
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering best practices
- Experience with Control-M or enterprise batch processing environments
- Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or other regulated industry experience
- Experience leading large-scale modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- ITIL, DevOps, or Agile leadership certifications
