🚀 Hiring: Technical Specialist– Technology Operations (Bilingual French/English)
📍 Location: Montreal
📅 Contract Duration: November 2, 2026 – November 2, 2027 (Possibly Extension)
💰 Pay Rate: $30- 35/hr
We are seeking a Technical Specialist II – Technology Operations to support mission-critical systems and ensure the stability, performance, and availability of enterprise technology environments operating 24/7/365.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations, Technology Support, or a related field
- Bilingual (French & English)
- 2-4 years of experience with Infrastructure, Production Deployments, Release Support & Application Monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting production environments and incident management processes
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, infrastructure, applications, and operational support practices
