Title: OnBase Administration
📍 Location: London, ON (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week Onsite)
📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract
💰 Pay Rate: Up to 80-90$/hour

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Hyland OnBase administration, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and experience supporting highly customized enterprise environments.
Must haves:
- 7+ years of hands-on OnBase administration experience.
- Strong experience supporting OnBase 16, 17, and newer versions.
- Expertise with Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, EIS, Application Enabler, and related OnBase modules.
- Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS, Timer Servers, and BizTalk.
- Experience with OnBase APIs, REST APIs, C#, .NET, and Web Services.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support experience in enterprise environments.
Nice to Have:
- Hyland OnBase Administrator Certification.
- Experience with OnBase upgrades and migrations.
- Experience supporting highly customized legacy OnBase environments.
- Experience working within regulated enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities
Administer and support Hyland OnBase, including its modules and customized enterprise environments. Troubleshoot incidents and provide production support for OnBase and its related infrastructure, integrations, and services.
Requirements
Requires at least seven years of hands-on OnBase administration experience, including support for OnBase 16, 17, and newer versions. Candidates should have experience with OnBase modules, Microsoft and web technologies, APIs, and enterprise production support; certification, upgrade and migration experience, and regulated-industry experience are preferred.
