Total Rewards
- $20.00 hourly
- one month contract with potential for extension based on business needs and performance
- Immediate start available
- Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
- Valuable exposure to pharmacy shipping and fulfillment operations
- Location: NE, Calgary
- Print and prepare shipping labels for outgoing pharmacy orders
- Accurately package medications and related materials for shipment
- Coordinate with couriers and answer doorbell inquiries for incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Verify shipment details and maintain accurate shipping documentation
- Assist with pharmacy fulfillment and dispensing support activities as trained
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping workspace
- Support daily operational requirements to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a pharmacy environment
- Experience with shipping, packaging, or order fulfillment processes
- Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 45 lbs
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Experience using HealthWatch pharmacy software is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
