🚀 We're Hiring: Intermediate Software Developer – Advisor Compensation
📍 Locations: Toronto, ON | Winnipeg, MB | London, ON
🏢 Hybrid: 3 Days In Office Per Week
💰 Rate: Up to $100/hr
⏳ Contract: 12 Months (Future extension
We're looking for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex production issues, supporting critical business applications, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced enterprise environment where reliability and business impact matter.
Must Haves:
- Experience developing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise business applications
- FASAT experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Advisor Compensation, Commission Processing, or Compensation Management systems
- Exposure to batch processing, job scheduling, and file transfer technologies
- Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance industries
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design principles, and application architecture
- Experience with software testing, quality assurance, and production support processes

Requirements
