🚨 We're Hiring: Project Manager – Real Estate Delivery
📍 Location: Toronto, ON , Montreal, QC, or Winnipeg, MB
🏢 Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / Week
⏳ Contract: 12 Months
💰 Rate: $70/hr
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Real Estate Delivery to support strategic corporate real estate initiatives, including office modernization and renovation programs. This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder management, and has experience delivering large-scale real estate, construction, facilities, or workplace transformation projects.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within Financial Services, Real Estate, Construction, Facilities Management, or a related industry
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Project Online, SharePoint, and Teams
Nice to Have:
- PMP Certification (or equivalent Project Management designation)
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience supporting workplace modernization, office renovations, or corporate real estate initiatives
