🚨 We're Hiring: Senior QA Automation Analyst / QE Lead
📍 Location: Toronto, ON
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite Per Week)
💰 Rate: Up to $55-60/hour
⏳ Contract: 12 Months (Possible extension)
🕒 Interview Process: Teams Panel Interview + Potential In-Person Interview
We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Analyst / QE Lead with a strong background in automation testing, API testing, database validation, and CI/CD practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced Agile environment and has extensive hands-on experience building and maintaining automated testing solutions.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation experience
- 2-3+ years of hands-on Python automation experience
- Strong experience with API Testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, automation frameworks)
- Strong experience with Database Testing and SQL validation
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of Git, including code commits, merges, and branching
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with the Robot Framework (Robo Framework)
- Experience transitioning automation frameworks to Python
- Financial Services or Banking industry experience
- Experience with test strategy development and quality engineering leadership
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
- Experience mentoring junior QA or automation team members
- Performance or integration testing experience
