The Role

The Account Executive - Existing Customer Growth owns the development, protection and expansion of relationships across Agilyx’s established North American customer base. This is a relationship-led growth role focused on proactive account management, trusted customer engagement and disciplined opportunity development - not primarily cold acquisition.

The successful candidate will understand customer business priorities, Unit4 environments and transformation roadmaps, then connect those needs to Agilyx professional services, Unit4-related solutions, cloud and transformation initiatives, and complementary Agilyx offerings.

What You Will Do

Grow & Protect Existing Accounts

Own an assigned portfolio from Agilyx’s 100+ North American customer accounts and develop focused plans for priority customers.
Build trusted relationships with executives, finance and technology leaders, functional stakeholders and procurement contacts.
Maintain a consistent customer cadence; identify expansion opportunities, risks, whitespace and next actions early.
Grow customer value, retention and lifetime revenue through consulting, optimization, upgrades, transformation, software and complementary solutions.

Lead Unit4-Focused Consultative Selling

Use developed Unit4 ERP knowledge to understand customer environments, challenges and modernization priorities.
Lead business-level conversations around ERP optimization, cloud adoption, process improvement and transformation.
Work effectively in Unit4 co-sell motions and collaborate with Unit4 account teams while advancing Agilyx’s customer and commercial interests.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant Unit4 products, roadmap developments and licensing/SaaS models.

Develop Revenue & Manage the Commercial Cycle

Carry and achieve annual and quarterly revenue/bookings targets; build a healthy, qualified expansion pipeline.
Identify and close professional-services, cross-sell, upsell and appropriate software/SaaS opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead commercial progression across estimates, proposals, SOWs, pricing, approvals, procurement and contracting.
Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity data and account intelligence in Salesforce/CRM.

Collaborate & Advocate for the Customer

Work closely with Professional Services, Delivery, Product, Finance, Marketing, Bid/Proposal resources and executive leadership.
Stay connected to delivery leaders on customer satisfaction, project status and follow-on needs.
Act as the commercial voice of the customer while ensuring commitments remain realistic, approved and commercially sound.
Support RFI/RFP/RFQ and proposal activity arising from assigned accounts.

Travel & Market Engagement

Travel within North America for customer meetings, key sales activities, conferences and partner engagements as required.
Represent Agilyx professionally at customer, Unit4 and industry events.

Experience We Are Looking For

5+ years of B2B account management, enterprise software sales, Technology & ERP business development or a comparable customer-growth role.
Demonstrated experience working with and selling ERP solutions is required.
Proven success managing and growing an established portfolio of enterprise and/or public-sector customers.
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and close expansion, cross-sell and professional-services opportunities.
Experience selling complex professional services and/or SaaS solutions involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
Credibility with executive, finance, technology and operational stakeholders, including commercial negotiation experience.
Experience with formal procurement, proposals/RFPs and CRM sales platforms.
Experience in local government, public sector, education, PSO, health, manufacturing, oil & gas, nonprofit or other Unit4-focused markets is an asset; existing Unit4 customer/partner relationships are also an asset.

What Success Looks Like

Achievement of assigned annual and quarterly sales/bookings targets.
Growth in qualified pipeline, revenue and Agilyx share of wallet across the existing customer base.
Expansion of Agilyx services and solutions within strategic accounts, including appropriate Unit4 ERPx customers new to Agilyx.
Strong customer engagement, executive relationship depth and retention of key accounts.
High-quality account plans, accurate forecasting and reliable CRM data.
Effective collaboration with Unit4, Agilyx Consulting/Delivery and internal business teams.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a base salary of $85,000 CAD, plus $35,000 in target variable compensation, providing target On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $120,000 CAD at 100% achievement of assigned sales targets.

Commissions are uncapped, providing the opportunity to earn above target OTE for over-performance. Variable compensation is governed by the applicable Agilyx sales compensation plan, including quota, eligibility, credit and payment terms. In addition to cash compensation, the position includes Agilyx's employee benefits package and other benefits applicable to the role.

Location & Travel

This position is based in Victoria, British Columbia, with office-based/hybrid arrangements as determined by Agilyx. The successful candidate must be able and willing to travel throughout Canada and the United States as required.

The Opportunity

This role is well suited to an experienced technology software SaaS & Implementation and Unit4 professional who enjoys building enduring customer relationships and turning a strong installed base into sustained, mutually beneficial growth. The Account Executive will work with established customers, understand where they are going next, and bring together the right Agilyx and Unit4 ERP capabilities to help them get there.
