Your Next Challenge

Reporting to the Mine Training Supervisor, you will be part of the Mine Operations Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Perform administrative duties such as maintaining training files/ records and copying/ scanning documentation;
Compile and enter all training data into the Training Information System (SAP) and SkillMine/Success Factors, in an accurate and timely manner;
Recommend system configuration changes based on best practices and knowledge of the business;
Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required;
Establish and maintain the filing system for all training related documentation;
Update and maintain training records and training program/ system content and provide system reports as needed;
Assist the department with coordinating training activities and scheduling;
Establish an inventory and system for tracking audio and visual aids for training (data projectors, projector screens, cameras, audio speakers, etc.);
Manage and support all aspects of departmental onboarding for new employees and contractors, promoting a consistent and streamlined experience;
Assist with all other administrative support functions as required;
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the department and with internal stakeholders;
Manage all housekeeping paperwork and safety related data for compliance.

What You Need To Succeed

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related program;
Minimum three years’ experience in an administrative role;
High proficiency level with Microsoft Office particularly in Excel;
Experience with Success Factors and SAP is considered a strong asset;
Very detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities;
Proven commitment to health, safety and the environment;
Exceptional ability to work within a diverse team;
Experience with data entry and generating reports.

Your Work Schedule

Schedule: 7/7 at our Detour Lake Mine Site;
Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
