Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Process Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Process Plant Maintenance Department. You will address challenges in balancing demands of daily operations with budgetary consolidation requirements, ad-hoc and routine data generation for internal and external clients, creating presentations, and managing document control. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Collect and consolidate budgetary needs from various departments;
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in budget data;
- Prepare comprehensive budget reports for management review;
- Develop and maintain data generation processes;
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making;
- Develop professional presentations to communicate data and analysis;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation requirements;
- Ensure presentations are clear, concise, and visually appealing;
- Implement and maintain a document control system;
- Ensure all documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible;
- Manage document version control and ensure compliance with organizational standards;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments;
- Identify and address any issues related to budget consolidation, data generation, and document control;
- Provide support and training to department heads and staff as needed;
- Continuously assess and improve budget consolidation, data generation, presentation creation, and document control processes;
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma;
- Exposure to Industrial Finance and work management processes;
- Exposure to Project Management tools and techniques;
- Familiarity with reliability programs in mining and infrastructure;
- Strong working knowledge of database management and automated Power BI reporting;
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Your Work Schedule
- Schedule: 4/3 (site), 5/2 (remote) but flexible for full time 4/3 (site) when required at our Detour Lake Mine.
- Possibility of 7/7 schedule depending of business needs and availability.
- Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
