Your role in achieving results:
- Develop and execute the category portfolio optimization roadmap to drive growth, profitability, consumer relevance, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze portfolio and SKU performance to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement product renovation, simplification, rationalization, and delisting strategies.
- Lead cross-functional portfolio optimization projects from business case development through implementation.

- Serve as the subject matter expert for the fresh products portfolio and provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor consumer, market, and competitive trends to anticipate opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Measure the impact of portfolio optimization initiatives and communicate results and recommendations to business partners.
What we are looking for to deliver these results:
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, category management, or project management, preferably within the food or consumer packaged goods industry.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization, product renovation, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong ability to translate consumer, customer, financial, and operational data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing business cases and driving growth, profitability, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using NielsenIQ.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
