- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a wide range of agricultural equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on tractors, combines, sprayers, and other heavy-duty agricultural machinery.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify and resolve issues.
- Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Red Seal Certification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or equivalent experience.
- Experience in agricultural equipment repair and maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform maintenance and overhauls on tractors, combines, sprayers, and other agricultural machinery. Document work accurately, maintain a safe and organized shop, collaborate with technicians and service advisors, and communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
A Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification or equivalent experience is required, with agricultural equipment repair experience highly preferred. Candidates should have strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, proficiency with diagnostic tools and software, a valid driver’s licence, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively while delivering quality customer service.
