Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures that support effective service delivery.
Collaborate within Agile and DevOps delivery models to drive continuous improvement and successful business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

You are a collaborative and technically skilled professional with a passion for building reliable, scalable, and secure platforms. You enjoy solving complex problems, improving processes through automation, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a continuous learning mindset to your work.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience supporting and operating enterprise technology platforms, data platforms, or cloud-based solutions.
6+ years of software development experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL.
Strong experience with cloud technologies and services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience with data engineering, streaming technologies, and modern data platforms.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, Collibra, Power BI, or Tableau.
Professional certifications in cloud engineering, data engineering, DevOps, or IT service management.
Experience supporting highly available, real-time processing platforms and cloud-native architectures.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management practices.
Familiarity with the investment management, financial services, or capital markets industry.

What Success Looks Like

Build trusted relationships across Data & AI, Technology, and business teams.
Ensure the reliability, availability, security, and scalability of AIMCo's data platform ecosystem.
Deliver automation and platform improvements that enhance developer productivity and operational efficiency.
Contribute to innovative data capabilities that support investment and business outcomes.
Demonstrate ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement while helping advance AIMCo's data and technology strategy.
Develop deep expertise in AIMCo's data landscape, cloud architecture, and enterprise technology platforms.
