We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a new AI-powered document intelligence product from 0 to 1 at a fast-growing Series B AI company transforming the insurance industry.
This is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO, shape product strategy, and turn early customer traction into a scalable enterprise product.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the product roadmap for AI-powered document intelligence, including summaries, AI-assisted chat, automated workflows, and task management.
- Define product KPIs, success metrics, and growth strategies from scratch.
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements with enterprise insurance customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and data teams to deliver impactful products.
- Balance product vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of product management experience.
- Proven experience building and launching products from 0 to 1.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, SaaS, and data-driven product development.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and translating their needs into product solutions.
- A bias for action, strong analytical skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
