Job Summary
The Facilities Technician 3 is responsible for the provision of building operations, maintenance and repairs in assigned facilities according to the respective Technician’s qualifications. This job works on a wide variety of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Building maintenance and repairs
- Ensure building compliance and code is adhered to
- Contractor oversight and management
- Manage workloads
- On call availability
- Reports and all written documentation and process are followed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality System operating procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
- 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Certified Journeyman technician or equivalent
- Self-motivated, willing to learn
- Works well independently and is a team player
- Presents and maintains a positive and professional image
- Writing and verbal communication skill is an must
- Awareness of Environment, Health & Safety Issues
- Required to obtain/maintain a security clearance - A valid driver's license is required
- Must climb ladders
- Basic computer skills is required

Responsibilities
Perform building operations, maintenance, and repairs at assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes. Oversee contractors, manage workloads, complete required reports and documentation, and follow company, quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
Requirements
Requires 5 to 10 years of experience as a certified journeyman technician or equivalent, along with a valid driver's license and basic computer skills. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, maintain a professional image, climb ladders, and obtain or maintain a security clearance.
