Present data findings, insights, and solution outcomes to stakeholders as required.
Support enterprise and cross‑functional initiatives through trusted data delivery.

Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement

Share technical knowledge and data management best practices with team members.
Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and ways of working.
Support testing of new data sources, pipelines, and changes to existing structures.
Promote sustainable, well‑documented, and supportable data solutions.

Proficiency in data and query languages, including SQL/T‑SQL, Python, DAX, and other database or scripting languages.
Strong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to design and deliver data solutions in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand the operational and financial implications of data‑driven decisions and support cost‑benefit analysis.
