Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of campaign audiences, from requirements assessment and audience design through data extraction, validation, delivery to activation teams, issue resolution, and post-launch quality assurance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize targeting and segmentation logic for email, digital, loyalty, travel, and financial institution partner marketing campaigns.
- Support Aeroplan offer registration, consent management, campaign eligibility, reward crediting logic, and the generation and validation of crediting files.
- Develop and support audience workflows in Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Journey Optimizer, within the scope of audience operations.
- Prepare and deliver audience files and segments to activation teams for use on Meta, Google, and other paid-media platforms, without ownership of media strategy, campaign creative, or channel execution.
- Design and develop complex SQL-based audience views, multi-step segmentation logic, and data transformations in Dataiku and Snowflake.
- Integrate and reconcile data from loyalty, travel, financial institution partner, campaign, customer preference, and digital engagement sources.
- Perform data validation, audience quality assurance, deployment testing, troubleshooting, and post-launch checks to ensure targeting accuracy, compliance, and campaign readiness.
- Create and maintain reusable audience frameworks, recurring campaign assets, data-source mappings, technical documentation, version control, and change-management practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring audience creation and operational processes, reducing manual effort while improving scalability, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Apply knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud to support future-state audience capabilities, AI agents, workflow automation, and the modernization of marketing operations.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaign requests, assess complexity and operational dependencies, identify delivery risks, communicate impacts, and implement mitigation plans to support accurate and timely audience delivery.
- Collaborate with Campaign Operations, Customer and Loyalty Analytics, Data Engineering, Marketing Technology, IT, agencies, partners, and suppliers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, improve governance, and continuously strengthen audience delivery processes.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing Technology, or another relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM campaign operations, marketing technology, data engineering, marketing analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced SQL development experience, including complex queries, relational databases, data transformation, deduplication, and audience segmentation logic.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and large-scale customer or marketing datasets.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, including workflow development, audience preparation, validation, and deployment support.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, campaign targeting, personalization, consent management, privacy, compliance, and marketing data governance.
- Strong analytical, documentation, quality assurance, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities, communicate risks, and drive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
