Air Liquide is Hiring for a Gas coordinator.

• This position is located in Montreal.

Summary Job description : You serve as the central operational link between regional sales branches, production plants, and supply chain teams. Your core objective is to ensure accurate material planning, seamless inventory movement, and timely order fulfillment across all gas categories in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Material Requirements Planning settings, maintaining source lists, and updating vendor info records.
• Processing make-to-order requests, converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders, and handling priority rush orders.
• Monitoring unfulfilled demand, tracking late orders, and resolving system or workflow errors across plants.
• Submitting new gas material requests, managing vendor quotes, and ensuring compliance for restricted or medical gas products.
• Assisting sales branches and regional operations with order modifications, drop shipments, and cylinder logistics.
• Assisting the plan with reception , creation of deliveries and shipment

Are you a MATCH?

Education & Experience :

• College Diploma
• 4+ years experience in related field, and a trained Professional Lead Auditor
• Operational / Industrial Experiences
• Experience in auditing industrial management systems.
• Experience in auditing ISO 9001 and other quality related management systems
• Experience in auditing HSE related International Standards ( ISO 14001, ISO45001 etc )
