Original job description

At Air Products, we reimagine what’s possible. By tapping into the motivation of our people and our collective experience, we create the ideas and innovations that drive us forward. When we come together – where every voice is heard and everyone knows they belong and matter – we create solutions that launch people into space, support lifesaving care in hospitals, and enable the construction of groundbreaking, world scale production facilities.

Reimagine What’s Possible

Are you ready to be part of one of the most advanced hydrogen and clean energy facilities in North America? At the Edmonton Net Zero Hydrogen and Energy Complex (ENZHEC), you'll do more than operate equipment - you’ll help drive the future of sustainable energy production. Working in a state-of-the-art facility that integrates hydrogen production, hydrogen liquefaction, carbon capture, power generation, and air separation technologies, you'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations around the clock.

As a Production Technician, you'll join a highly skilled operations team where every shift presents new challenges, learning opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact. Whether you're monitoring complex processes, troubleshooting critical systems, supporting maintenance activities, or progressing into leadership responsibilities, this role offers a dynamic career path for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and are passionate about operational excellence, safety, and innovation.

Production Technicians work on one of four ten-person shift teams and are assigned to one of nine positions within the plant. Technicians will be cross-trained to perform work in multiple positions.

Shifts are 12 hours long, and work schedules may include up to seven consecutive shifts, covering both day and night rotations.

Join us and help shape the future of net-zero energy - one shift at a time.
