The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Structural Methods Agent to join our Configuration Methods Team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams.

You will be part of the Configuration Methods Team, responsible for implementing design solutions, resolving assembly line challenges, and improving product quality.

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche d’un(e) agent(e) de méthode structure pour rejoindre notre équipe méthode configuration basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes d'ingénierie , qualité et production.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe méthode configuration chargée de la mise en place des solution de design , résoudre les enjeux de la ligne d’assemblage et améliorer la qualité du produit.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos défis:

Gérer des projets de taille moyenne à majeur
Gérer des lots de travaux structuraux majeurs;
Participer au développement des solutions de conception;
Être responsable des installations structurelles;
Incorporer les modifications de conception;
Signer et approuver les modifications de conception de l'ingénierie;
Suivre le processus de gestion du changement, comme la création des cahiers, des dossiers d'action, des demandes d'outillage, etc.;
Gérer la réallocation des composants majeurs.

Votre profil:

Vous détenez un DEC ou BAC spécialisé en aéronautique (construction, maintenance), en génie mécanique dans un établissement d'enseignement reconnu (CEGEP ou université) ;
Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience en configuration d’aéronautique ou un domaine connexe;
Vous avez un bon niveau de connaissance du français et de l'anglais parlé et écrit;
Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'organisation et de planification;
Expérience en gestion des projets
Vous êtes débrouillard, autonome et avez de bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes;
Vous avez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une équipe multidisciplinaire;
Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion du projet
Vous avez des habilités à animer des sessions des ateliers du travail.
