The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Quality Operations Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, where you will work closely with the Quality Improvement team.
The team's organization is established to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and collectively learning.
Your role as a Quality Operation Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line in order to reduce them.

Your challenges:
- Analyzing non-conformities;
- Performing Problem-Solving (PPS);
- Participating and preparing governances;
- Problem-solving;
- Group facilitation;
- Communications management;
- Project management.
Your boarding pass:
- You have a bachelor degree in engineering, project management or other related field;
- You have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the manufacturing industry, in aeronautic, in project management or other related experience;
- You are creative and have the ability to think outside the box;
- You have high level of autonomy and motivation (you will, however, be supported by a departmental tutor);
- You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude;
- You are able to organize yourself autonomously.
