Do you have experience in an Agile SAFe environment, have you worked in Aerospace and/or PLM Capabilities Overhaul and Transformation and would you like to progress and develop new skills? Then this job is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Senior PLM Architect to join our Engineering Transverse Strategy Organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you jointly collaborate with all streams and functions of the enterprise, from Digital to Engineering, including Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Support.

You will be part of the Engineering Transverse Process, Methods, Tools and Data (PMTD) Strategy team responsible to bridge the gap between strategic business capabilities and technical execution within our Engineering Transverse Strategy organization integrating across all business functions.

Why does this Role Matters ?

This key role ensures the on-time, on-quality, on-cost, and on-performance delivery of Processes, Methods, Tools, Data, and Capabilities (PMTDC) focused on aerospace product development

You are not just managing a tool or a process; you are defining the digital backbone of our future aircraft. You are the architect ensuring that when a requirement changes in the Systems Architecture, it is correctly reflected in Manufacturing and supported by Customer Service years later.

Your role as Senior PLM Architect will be to act as the "connective tissue" across the entire Aircraft Value Stream. You will champion the alignment of Processes, Methods, Tools, and Data (PMTD) with our PLM and Business capability Roadmap, ensuring a seamless digital thread from initial Concept (Systems Architecture) through to Requirements and V&V Management, Design of Embedded Systems, Equipment, Avionics, Systems Installation and Design and Sizing of the Aerostructure, to Design to Production, Design to Services and finally to Support the Aircraft Fleet In-Service. Operating within an Agile SAFe environment, you will break down silos between Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Support and the Digital Organization, to deliver a unified, efficient, and high-quality engineering capabilities and ecosystem.

Your working environment:

Description de l'emploi :

Votre profil:

  • Vous possédez un diplôme d'ingénieur ou une expérience pertinente équivalente;
  • Vous avez un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en ingénierie Aérospatiale, Défense ou Automobile, avec au moins 5 ans axés sur la stratégie PLM, la transformation numérique ou les capacités PMTD trans-fonctionnelles, et avez déjà participé à des projets d'implantation ou de transformation d'affaire d'envergure, préférablement sur des systèmes d'ingénierie/PLM;
  • Vous êtes hautement compétent dans les activités de développement de programmes d'aéronefs ainsi que dans les activités de soutien à l'ingénierie ; vous connaissez les prérequis et exigences liés à la gestion de la configuration, la gestion du changement, le DOA (Design Organization Approval), la certification des exigences de production et les domaines d'expertise PLM;
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en gestion de projet, vous êtes capable d'établir des priorités et d'aligner les membres du projet sur celles-ci. Vous avez démontré votre capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe composée de personnes aux parcours variés et de cultures différentes;
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en gestion de projets TI et en développement d'applications (Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile);
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences orales et écrites en anglais et en français;
  • Forte expérience pratique avec SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), idéalement en tant que Solution Train Engineer (STE) ou Architecte de Solution, Compréhension approfondie de l'Ingénierie Système Basée sur des Modèles (MBSE), et familiarité avec les principales plateformes PLM;
