If you become a Strategic Tooling Coordinators, your responsibilities will be to manage the budget and forecasts, and to manage or participate in special tooling projects.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

Manage the commissioning of tooling equipment
Preparing forecasts (Forecast I, II, and III)
Preparing monthly reports (Improvements 2 & 3, CSSL, KPIs)
Facilitating the department's ePPS (problem solving)
Preparing CAPEX and Small CAPEX requests
Managing improvements to various tooling systems and the programmer
Managing the budget and preparing invoices
Creating data analyses
Creating general departmental communications at all levels
Replacing the department head in interdepartmental meetings as needed
Other related tasks requested by the department head

The ideal candidate:

A university degree in a relevant field
Basic knowledge of finance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Access) and G Suite (Google Sheets, Forms, Slides, Docs)
General knowledge of the aeronautics industry
Bilingual (French and English)
Demonstrate team spirit, autonomy, dynamism, rigor, and strong leadership skills
Ability to work well in a team as you will be required to collaborate with other colleagues (Methods Agents, Supervisors, Finance, etc.)
Ability to communicate effectively in public in French and English.
Ability to work under pressure when required.

Gérer les mises en service de l’équipement d’outillage
Préparer les prévisions (Forecast I, II et III)
Préparer les rapports mensuels (Amélio 2 & 3, CSSL, KPIs)
Être le facilitateur des ePPS du département (résolution de problèmes)
Préparation des demandes CAPEX et Small CAPEX
Gérer les améliorations des divers systèmes de l’outillage ainsi que le programmeur
Gérer le budget et préparer les courus
Créer des analyses de donnés
Créer les communications générales du département à tous les niveaux.
Remplacer le chef de département dans les rencontres interdépartemental au besoin

En tant que candidat idéal,

Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent
Avoir des connaissances de base en finance
Avoir des connaissances avancées des systèmes informatiques Microsoft (Excel, Word, Access) et G Suite (Google- Sheets, Forms,Slides, Docs)
Connaissance général de l’industrie aéronautique
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
