Experience leading multidisciplinary work scopes, coordinating schedules and budgets, and interfacing with management, plant personnel, contractors, and vendors
Experience participating in construction and commissioning activities for medium to large capital expansion projects
Experience producing and reviewing instrumentation engineering deliverables for process facilities

Required Skills:

Ability to develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and integrated multidisciplinary construction work packages
Knowledge of process measurement principles and advanced field diagnostics
Experience with sizing calculations for instruments, control valves, and pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuation packages
Proficiency in developing datasheets, material requisitions, installation details, wiring and loop diagrams, cause-and-effect charts, control narratives, and instrument location plans
Strong understanding of industrial control and safety-instrumented systems, including process control theory, control logic development, and loop tuning

Working knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API, and ISA standards in oil and gas refining environments
Familiarity with SmartPlant Instrumentation/InTools including datasheet, wiring, and loop modules
Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
