Intermediate Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join a high-performing team supporting pipeline integrity activities across a large energy infrastructure network. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders and is looking to further develop their experience within the integrity space.

The team is open to candidates from a variety of oil and gas backgrounds and is willing to train the right individual on integrity-related work. While previous experience with in-line inspection (ILI), integrity digs, or pipeline integrity programs is considered an asset, it is not a requirement.

The successful candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, sound understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of pipeline integrity activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, field teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, action items, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and project execution activities.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and constraints as required.
• Contribute to safe and efficient project delivery while supporting business objectives.

Qualifications

• P.Eng. or CET designation required.
• Oil & gas industry experience through an owner/operator or engineering consulting environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and engineering understanding.
• Understanding of project management principles and project execution.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to pipeline integrity activities.
• Experience with in-line inspections (ILI), integrity digs, or pipeline operations.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in an oil and gas environment.
