- Identify and report hazardous work methods, equipment, tools, site conditions, or shop conditions, and submit suggestions to improve or correct unsafe situations.
- Prepare or support reporting for accidents, incidents, near misses, equipment damage, or situations that could have caused injury, loss, damage, or production impact.
- Maintain awareness of hazards associated with field and shop work, including rig-site, transportation, lifting, pressure, electrical, mechanical, and environmental exposures as applicable to the work scope.
- Use required PPE and safety equipment, maintain it in clean and serviceable condition, and immediately report any defects or missing equipment.
- Follow company, client, and location-specific HSE requirements, including journey management, stop-work authority, hazard identification, and field-level risk assessment expectations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Previous oilfield experience is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience operating MWD, LWD, wireline, Gyro, directional drilling, survey, or similar downhole tools.
- Previous Gyro field experience is strongly preferred and should be clearly identified by hiring agencies when submitting candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and independently in field environments, including drilling rig and remote field locations.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with client representatives, rig personnel, and company operations personnel.
- Ability to complete accurate field documentation, service quality records, job reports, and HSE reporting requirements.
- Willingness and ability to travel, work irregular schedules, respond to callouts, and support field operations as required.
- Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability, taking full ownership of tasks, decisions, and outcomes from initiation through completion.
