The Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Calgary team. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing skilled professionals across technical and engineering disciplines. You will work closely with sales teams, clients, and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within key industries and disciplines.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client hiring needs.
- Ensure candidate records and recruitment activity are accurately maintained within CRM and ATS systems.
- Meet individual and team recruitment KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide market intelligence relating to talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Experience sourcing candidates across engineering, technical, industrial, construction, or related sectors considered an asset.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
