Motivating the Akcelo team around client business goals and acting as a strong client advocate within the agency
Leading day-to-day project delivery, owning alignment across teams and stakeholders
Preparing client presentations, scopes, and project plans
Running WIP meetings, setting timelines, and ensuring expectations are clear and met
Overseeing all workstreams, proactively identifying risks and managing timelines and budgets
Applying and championing agency processes to drive creative quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance
Ensuring high-quality creative by challenging briefs, reviewing work against client objectives, expectations, and brand standards, and providing clear, actionable feedback
Building and growing client relationships across projects and portfolio
Identifying opportunities to expand services, activating the right Akcelo capabilities to meet current and future client needs

Sound like something that you would love to be a part of? Well, take a look at what we provide our team here at Akcelo:

A workplace that doesn’t just have the word flexibility written in a policy
A company that really values its people... you will not just be another number!
Unbelievable employee benefits like flex days on long weekends, annual ski trips, social events, team office drinks, and loads more!
A workplace that offers learning and development opportunities, an unbelievable work environment with state-of-the-art facilities and loads of perks!

To be in the running for this great role, you should have:

Advertising agency experience in an Account Management role
Ideally, strong integrated experience, but more importantly, be curious and excited to learn and be exposed to different capabilities within the agency (the work we do touches everything from Brand, Film, Digital, Social, Activations, PR, Retail, CX, Martech and customer lifecycle strategy)

Self-starter mindset who loves to solve problems
Buttoned down, highly organised, detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering all work to the highest standards

The drive and hunger to learn and develop alongside the business and your team
Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery
Contributes positively to the Akcelo culture and team spirit
Initiative - you see things that need doing and you take action
An open attitude and excited by change... you are a problem solver
Excitement to learn and be exposed to different capabilities and experiences within the agency

Why Join Akcelo?

Over the last five years we smashed the ceilings created by established agencies and created some larger-than-life campaigns, innovative retail-tech solutions, threw some epic events, and besides happy clients, we took home the B&T Agency of the Year, Mumbrella’s Experiential Agency of the Year, and a number of APAC Effies.

And we are just getting started. You see, we believe in magic, and value the genuine, the experimental, the limitless, and the imaginative. We make, break and build things, without the fear of failure, and we share our time and our talents. If that is something that excites you too, we want to hear from you!

Our team works collaboratively in office 4 days per week, work from anywhere Wednesdays, and some travel within the US and Canada. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 4 weeks’ vacation, personal/sick days, and a global advantage where after your workplace anniversary, we provide opportunities to work for a week from our Sydney, Australia office; Vancouver, Canada office; or from wherever you want to tack on to your personal travel plans.

Akcelo is committed to nurturing, creating and building a diverse environment. We encourage all applications from diverse backgrounds, identities, beliefs and abilities to apply for this or any role with us. If you resonate with the above, send in your CV, and let’s explore this journey together!
