Role Description The Journalist at AKIJ Feed will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing news articles, features, and press materials related to the livestock and aquaculture sectors. Day-to-day activities include conducting interviews with internal experts and external stakeholders, gathering data from industry sources, and producing clear, accurate, and engaging content for print, digital, and broadcast channels. The Journalist will collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, support media relations, and contribute to content planning for campaigns and corporate communications. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Division No. 6, SK, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and News Writing skills for creating clear, accurate, and engaging journalistic content.

- Experience in agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, or related fields is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting and adapt to evolving editorial and organizational priorities.
