Hourly Range: $64.10/hour - $67.69/hour

About this Opportunity:

• On behalf of our client, we are seeking an End User Technology Consultant to help shape and execute the organization's end-user technology strategy. This role will focus on workplace technology modernization, device management, collaboration tools, and user experience improvements while partnering closely with information security, vendors, and senior business stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving technology initiatives as the organization transitions into its future workplace environment.

• What You'll Do:
• Develop and maintain the end-user technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
• Evaluate new workplace technologies and align solutions within the broader Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise environment.
• Lead strategic planning for end-user devices, peripherals, collaboration tools, meeting room technologies, and workplace services.
• Define and standardize device management practices, lifecycle support processes, and end-user technology solutions.
• Partner closely with Information Security teams to address evolving security requirements and compliance standards.
• Drive technology implementation initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and services.
• Work with vendors and technology partners to evaluate solutions and support workplace modernization projects.
• Create business cases, presentations, and communications for executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations and strategic direction.

What You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience with device management, endpoint strategy, and technology lifecycle management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and end-user computing technologies.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, productivity tools, and workplace collaboration technologies.
• Experience improving employee technology experiences through workplace modernization initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with executives and senior leadership.
• Strong strategic planning, roadmap development, and technology governance experience.
• Experience working with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Exposure to AWS and VMware environments is considered an asset.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
