About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity project delivery to lead complex enterprise initiatives across a global environment.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, working with technical and business stakeholders, managing external vendors and system integrators, and driving successful delivery in large, fast-paced organizations.
You will lead a variety of initiatives including cloud migrations, cybersecurity programs, infrastructure modernization, hardware refreshes, technology lifecycle upgrades, and global deployment projects while partnering closely with IT leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects from initiation through deployment and closure
- Develop project charters, delivery strategies, project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide regular project status reporting and executive-level updates to leadership and steering committees
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations, business units, and time zones
- Manage third-party vendors and system integrators, including delivery governance and performance management
- Drive project scope, change control, quality management, and stakeholder alignment
- Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities
- Lead infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and technology lifecycle initiatives
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives
- Support PMO process improvements, governance standards, and project management best practices
- Coach and mentor Project Leads and team members on effective project delivery practices
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT project delivery experience within large enterprise environments
- Experience managing Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology projects
- Proven ability to lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Experience managing project budgets exceeding $1M
- Strong stakeholder management experience working with Directors, VPs, executive leadership teams, and steering committees
- Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and system integrators
- Ability to lead large cross-functional project teams and coordinate shared resources
- Strong project planning, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and governance capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management certification
- Experience working within Agile or Hybrid delivery environments
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and related PMO tools
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience within Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, or related industries
- Experience leading global deployments and multi-region programs
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience managing SaaS or packaged software implementations
- Exposure to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HRIS, or ERP programs
- Experience delivering AI-related initiatives from pilot through enterprise deployment
- French / English bilingualism
