About this opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced OCM & Communications Lead to support a large-scale global Network Segmentation transformation initiative. You will develop and execute organizational change management and communications strategies that drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and stakeholder engagement across a diverse global audience.
You will work closely with program leadership, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical changes into clear, actionable communications and change activities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including communication planning, impact assessments, stakeholder personas, readiness activities, adoption planning, and the development of high-quality communications deliverables.
This is a highly collaborative opportunity suited to a senior practitioner who can operate independently, influence stakeholders at all levels, and deliver high-quality change management and communications artifacts in a fast-paced technology transformation environment.
What You’ll Do:
Organizational Change Management
- Lead OCM planning and execution for a global network segmentation initiative.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change impact analyses.
- Develop stakeholder personas and audience segmentation strategies.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify adoption risks.
- Create change adoption, engagement, and reinforcement strategies.
- Support business readiness planning and deployment activities.
- Establish change metrics and track adoption, engagement, and compliance.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
- Identify resistance points and develop mitigation strategies.
Communications Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with program milestones and rollout activities.
- Create communication plans, messaging frameworks, communication schedules, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
Develop high-quality communications materials, including:
- Executive presentations
- Leadership updates
- Email campaigns
- FAQs
- Talking points
- SharePoint and intranet content
- Awareness materials
- Roadshow presentations
- Stakeholder briefings
- Change and readiness communications
- Tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate communications across global regions, business units, and technology teams.
- Support the creation and maintenance of program communication channels and stakeholder engagement forums.
Readiness & Adoption
- Develop readiness, training, and adoption approaches for impacted stakeholder groups.
- Support onboarding and engagement activities for application owners, infrastructure teams, operations teams, support teams, and security teams.
- Work with technical SMEs to translate technical concepts into business-focused messaging.
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and feedback and provide recommendations to program leadership.
- Support rollout, stabilization, and operational readiness activities.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Program Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Networking, Operations, and Business teams.
- Prepare executive-level updates and governance materials.
- Support leadership engagement and sponsor communications.
- Contribute to risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management activities.
- Maintain communication and change management deliverables aligned with program objectives and timelines.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Transformation, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, persona development, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong executive communications and presentation development experience.
- Ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear business language.
- Experience managing communications across global and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, Zero Trust, or security transformation programs.
- Experience with network segmentation or enterprise security initiatives.
- Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification.
- Experience in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration and communications platforms.
