The PMO plays a critical role in delivering strategic programs that improve operational efficiency, enhance business capabilities, and create long-term value across the enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly visible PMO team responsible for leading enterprise-wide SAP, technology, and business transformation programs across a global organization.

You will lead a variety of initiatives including SAP implementations, enterprise application modernization, SaaS deployments, digital transformation programs, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional business transformation projects while partnering closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, global delivery teams, and third-party partners.

What You'll Do

Lead complex SAP, Business Transformation, SaaS, and Enterprise Technology projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
Define project delivery strategies, project plans, work breakdown structures, staffing models, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks
Translate evolving business objectives into executable project plans and delivery roadmaps
Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource planning activities
Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to leadership teams, steering committees, Directors, and VPs
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business units, countries, regions, and time zones
Lead vendor and system integrator management activities including SOW development, contract governance, delivery oversight, and performance management
Drive project scope management, requirements governance, quality controls, and stakeholder engagement activities
Facilitate risk mitigation, issue resolution, decision-making, and executive escalations
Support SAP implementations, enterprise application deployments, digital modernization efforts, and process transformation initiatives
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to business objectives
Partner with Change Management, Training, and Business teams to support successful adoption and deployment activities
Contribute to PMO process improvements, governance standards, methodologies, and best practices
Coach and mentor Project Leads and team members on effective project delivery principles and execution approaches

Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators throughout the project lifecycle
Proven ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams and manage 20+ shared resources
Strong project planning, forecasting, governance, scope management, risk management, and financial management capabilities
