This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
Must Haves:
- Demonstrated experience developing web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Demonstrated experience developing backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Experience with Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage Accounts, and Azure API Management.
- Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Strong full-stack development experience, including application architecture, database design, and cloud deployment.
Evaluation Criteria
1. Technical Skills (80%)
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
- Experience designing and developing reusable, maintainable, and scalable front-end components and application frameworks.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, database design, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure API Management, and Azure Storage Accounts.
- Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control using Git, and automated deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to security and development best practices.

Description
Please note, this position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into working, tested applications, including developing detailed technical specifications, writing code, conducting unit testing, and supporting solution implementation.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern development frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support application integration and business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, technical leads, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production support issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Support CI/CD implementation and automation using Azure DevOps and related tools.
- Contribute to solution design, technical architecture, effort estimation, and technical documentation.
- Support application deployment, migration, and modernization initiatives within Azure cloud environments.
