IT Service Management

  • Establish and mature IT service management (ITSM) capabilities across incident, problem, change, request, asset, and service catalog management.
  • Improve service delivery and user experience through SLAs, metrics, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide dashboards and reporting on service performance, operational health, and business impact.

Cybersecurity, Risk & Resilience

  • Own cybersecurity strategy, governance, and execution across identity, endpoint, cloud, network, and third-party risk.

  • Drive governance that improves technology decisions, architectural consistency, and control maturity.
  • Govern cost allocation and chargeback models that enable clarity, fairness, and strong business partner relationships.
  • Manage strategic vendors and partners, including website and portal service providers, to maximize delivery quality, resilience, and value.

What You'll Bring
