- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:
You bring strong business acumen, critical thinking, and an interest in how organizations operate and make decisions. You enjoy understanding the bigger picture, asking thoughtful questions, and connecting information to identify opportunities and practical solutions.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with guidance. You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships, and are interested in developing your skills in business strategy, organizational performance, and planning.
- Education:

- Experience:
- Experience gained through academic projects, internships, co-op placements, or related employment involving business analysis, organizational planning, research, or performance reporting is considered an asset.
- Experience preparing business reports, assessing organizational information, or collaborating on cross-functional projects is considered an asset.
- Required skills and abilities:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations, business planning, and strategic management principles.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business information and identify practical implications.
- Ability to understand relationships between organizational priorities, business processes, and performance outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing business reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn ACSA's business and operating environment.
- Ability to work independently with guidance and exercise sound professional judgment.
- Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling organizational information.
