The STL will also be adept at maintaining cohesion by utilizing proven conflict resolution skills both within their team and for internal clients. The successful STL will efficiently assist with reviewing timecards in the WFM, analyze the time admin exception reports, investigate pay errors from a timekeeper perspective and make the necessary corrections for accurate delivery of pay.
