Original job description

Your Opportunity:

Would you enjoy leading a team in a fast paced, complex, change oriented environment that has an important impact on the delivery of front-line healthcare services? Scheduling Shared Services supports the day-to-day scheduling tasks of employees and managers. As the Scheduler Team Lead (STL) you will provide critical expertise in the daily operations of the staffing office by providing direction to staffing clerks, monitoring workloads and workflows in collaboration with the Scheduling Service Centre (SSC) Manager. The STL will act as a mentor for peers and must actively promote and facilitate a positive work environment by fostering a team attitude of acceptance and tolerance. The STL will also be adept at maintaining cohesion by utilizing proven conflict resolution skills both within their team and for internal clients. The successful STL will efficiently assist with reviewing timecards in the WFM, analyze the time admin exception reports, investigate pay errors from a timekeeper perspective and make the necessary corrections for accurate delivery of pay. STL’s will be assigned to support the SSC hours of operation: 0530 to 2330.
