Your Opportunity:

Organization Chart Analyst Are you someone who asks questions, notices inconsistencies and enjoys bringing order to complexity? The Organization Design team is looking for an Analyst to support the production, maintenance and publication of organization charts for Alberta healthcare organizations. You will work with large volumes of information, support stakeholders, provide guidance and training and help ensure information is accurate, consistent and accessible. You will be the internal expert on the org chart software, standards, tools and processes.

Description:

What You will Be Doing: Create, validate, maintain, and publish organization charts. Respond to day-to-day organization chart inquiries. Support users and troubleshoot issues. Act as the primary liaison with the software vendor, IT, and other support teams. Deliver in-person online training on organization chart standards, tools, and processes. Support organization chart tools, user guides, learning resources and reference materials. What We Are Looking For: We can teach you about organization charts. Required Qualifications:

You will typically have: Grade 12 plus additional training in a relevant discipline such as business administration, healthcare administration, human resources, data management, learning and development, application support or a related field. Experience working in a large, complex and changing environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions, Data Filters, ability to manipulate large datasets) and SharePoint.

Additional Required Qualifications:

While not required, the following will be an asset: Familiarity with Alberta healthcare organizational and leadership structures. Basic understanding of jobs, functions and accountabilities in a large institutional environment. Experience creating or maintaining organization charts using organization chart software.
