Provider Oversight: Monitor provider progress, coordinate performance assessments, and facilitate communication between providers, attending physicians, and clinical leadership. Regulatory Compliance: Support adherence to AHS policies, Medical Staff Bylaws, licensing, credentialing, privileging, and applicable regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish effective working relationships with physician leaders, clinical departments, Human Resources, and Provincial Medical Affairs. Operational Analysis: Evaluate complex staffing and human resources issues, identify risks, assess alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions. Communication and Reporting: Prepare reports, briefing notes, correspondence, and presentations to support operational planning and management decisions. Quality Improvement: Contribute to program development, process improvements, and implementation of standardized practices across clinical services.
