As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Current, provisional or transferable registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) as a Pharmacist.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Entry-to-practice degree (Bachelor of Science or PharmD) in Pharmacy. To ensure your skills and qualifications are considered, please attach a resume and cover letter with your application.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited hospital residency and/or post-baccalaureate PharmD program. Additional Prescribing Authorization at time of hiring or within the first year of employment. Experience in relevant clinical areas, precepting learners, membership in a professional hospital pharmacy organization, and participation in projects or committee work is an asset. At least 1 year of recent experience in hospital pharmacy settings within the last 2 years.
