Original job description

Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a casual pharmacist who would like to provide an exceptional medication experience to patients as part of the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury Pharmacy team. CCMHBI is a 330 bed state of the art facility that treats and cares for people with mental health and addictions related health needs. The CCMHBI Pharmacy provides clinical and distribution services to Acute Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry and concurrent disorder patients. CCMHBI provides a supportive, multidisciplinary environment for pharmacists, where they have the opportunity to provide specialized and general psychiatric and medical care to patients. The pharmacy department strongly supports professional development and provides educational opportunities and support to facilitate pharmacist growth.
