Who You Are
In the role as Senior Developer / DevOps Engineer, you will take solutions from concept, prototype, or off-the-shelf deployment into secure, sustained, automated, and audit-ready operation. You will help establish infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, release controls, operational documentation, and responsible AI-assisted development practices.
About the Role

Release Control and Audit Evidence
- Deliver production releases through controlled, gated cutover with validated configuration and proven rollback
- Maintain pipeline records showing what changed, when, by whom, under what approval, and with what result
- Support privacy, cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory readiness reviews through reliable engineering evidence
Operational Resilience and Knowledge Transfer
- Create runbooks, observability, alerting, and escalation paths for production applications
- Consolidate release and hotfix practices into documented, repeatable processes
- Reduce single-person dependency by enabling other team members to deploy, diagnose, support, and roll back systems
AI-Assisted Development Practice
- Use AI-assisted development deliberately with defined review, verification, privacy, security, and quality controls
- Review machine-generated changes to the same standards as human-authored code
- Help establish transferable practices that improve delivery throughput without increasing defects or incidents
