Associate Product Manager, ExoShield

About the Role

As the Associate Product Manager for our ExoShield brand, your role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing and Management. You will have the opportunity to launch products, build processes, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, plus our wide network of clients and partners.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Continuous discovery: Plan, implement, and maintain voice-of-customer programs across multiple products and sales channels
Market research: Understand emerging trends in the automotive protection market, develop and maintain strong competitive intelligence
Product marketing: Sharpen our positioning, develop high-impact sales collateral, and support our go-to-market team
Learning & measuring: Measure and report the commercial impact and sentiment around each new product and iteration introduced
Hands-on development: Coordinate and participate in sample testing, field evaluations, and score prototypes against our requirements
Product launches: Support new products from concept through commercialization, including validation, launch planning, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement
Cross-functional execution: Coordinate projects across R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and external partners from initial concept through launch.

Qualifications

This role is perfect for someone who is early in their career, who wants the ability to make a tangible impact from day one while learning and growing professionally. A desire to work in the automotive industry is a huge asset.

Our ideal candidate has the following:

1+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a related role (preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer goods).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop compelling, easy-to-understand messaging.
Experience conducting market research and analyzing competitive landscapes.
Strong analytical skills; comfort working with spreadsheets and data to answer business and product questions.
Success managing cross-functional projects and timelines.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Science, or another relevant discipline is preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop compelling, easy-to-understand messaging.
Experience conducting market research and analyzing competitive landscapes.
Strong analytical skills; comfort working with spreadsheets and data to answer business and product questions.
Success managing cross-functional projects and timelines.

Preferred Skills

What will take your application to the next level:

Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS365, Notion, or similar) and creative applications (Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity Suite, or similar).
Experience leveraging AI to increase efficiency; experience with Codex, Claude Code, or implementing agentic systems is an asset.
Personal interest in cars or commercial vehicles.
