Role Description The Part-time Sales Assistant role is a customer-facing, on-site position located in Vancouver, BC. In this full-time role, the Sales Assistant supports daily store operations by welcoming customers, providing knowledgeable product guidance, and delivering a positive in-store experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers with footwear and accessory selections, processing sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are organized and well-presented. The role also involves meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries and returns, and collaborating with team members to achieve store performance goals. The Sales Assistant is expected to demonstrate ALDO Group’s values in every interaction and contribute to an inclusive, engaging store environment.

• Previous retail or fashion sales experience is beneficial, particularly in footwear or accessories.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
