Job Summary
This is an opportunity to lead an established, interconnected portfolio spanning People Analytics, HR Technology, HR Systems, Master Data Management, and HR Service Delivery, while shaping the next stage of the IPEX’s workforce intelligence capability. You will set direction across these teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders.
A key priority will be elevating People Analytics as an enterprise capability. You will shape the workforce intelligence agenda, surface material trends and organizational implications, and translate evidence into perspectives that influence priorities and executive decisions. By connecting analytics with trusted data, enabling technology, and effective service delivery, you will help advance workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee experience, and operational performance.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, establishing clear priorities and accountability across People Analytics, HR Technology, HR Systems, Master Data Management, and HR Service Delivery while balancing operational continuity with strategic progress.
- Advance the organization’s workforce intelligence capability, moving beyond standardized reporting toward diagnostic and forward-looking insight that clarifies workforce trends, risks, opportunities, and organizational implications.
- Establish the foundations for trusted workforce intelligence through consistent measures, clear data ownership, reliable platforms and integrations, and controls that protect data integrity and reduce operational and compliance risk.
- Help shape the future of HR service delivery, assessing processes and opportunities across intake, case management, workflow, automation, and self-service to improve the employee experience and scalability of HR services.
- Mobilize complex, cross-functional priorities by building alignment across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Talent Acquisition and enabling coordinated decisions and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
You are a senior HR leader with the judgment, credibility, and breadth to shape an enterprise agenda while leading a portfolio of interconnected teams across People Analytics, HR Technology, and HR Service Delivery. You combine business acumen, operational discipline, and analytical insight with the ability to set direction, develop leaders, and create alignment across complex functions.
- Significant leadership experience across multiple HR functions, such as People Analytics, HR Technology, HR Operations, Service Delivery, Workforce Planning, or related areas. This includes a record of setting portfolio-level direction, building leadership capability, and leading experienced, multidisciplinary teams within a complex organization.
- Demonstrated success integrating technology, data, processes, and service delivery to address business needs, improve the employee and manager experience, and influence executive decisions and enterprise priorities.
- Experience establishing clear operating models, governance, priorities, and performance measures across interconnected teams, while balancing strategic transformation, operational reliability, and evolving business requirements.
- Proven ability to lead through other leaders, establish shared accountability, navigate competing priorities, and sustain team performance through organizational and technological change.
- Strong understanding of People Analytics and workforce intelligence, including analytical standards, metric governance, executive reporting, and diagnostic and forward-looking insights. Working knowledge of Power BI or an equivalent enterprise business intelligence platform is expected.
- Experience leading within an enterprise HR technology environment, such as Workday, with a strong understanding of how platforms, integrations, process design, data quality, security, governance, and service delivery work together. The emphasis is on functional leadership, portfolio governance, and business application rather than hands-on system configuration.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
The compensation for this position is between $121,000 and $151,300 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
