- Track and complete work orders
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Perform routine clerical duties

- Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
- Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner

Candidates should have dispatching and trucking knowledge, computer skills including database software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.
