Responsibilities
Operate, set up, and adjust food processing and packaging machinery, including equipment used for grinding, mixing, baking, cooling, and packaging. Monitor production conditions and product quality, maintain production logs, clean equipment and work areas, and report mechanical issues or product irregularities.
Requirements
Requires a secondary school graduation certificate, three to less than five years of experience, and food safety and safe food handling certificates. Candidates should be able to perform physically demanding, repetitive work in a fast-paced, noisy food processing environment and demonstrate attention to detail, communication, flexibility, and teamwork.
