Votre rôle, votre impact
En tant que coach Agile, vous accompagnerez les équipes, les gestionnaires et les parties prenantes dans l’adoption de pratiques agiles adaptées à leur contexte. À titre de partenaire de transformation, vous contribuerez à faire évoluer les façons de travailler, à renforcer les capacités agiles et à obtenir des résultats durables.
Votre quotidien
- Accompagner les équipes et les gestionnaires dans l’adoption et l’évolution des principes, des valeurs et des pratiques agiles;
- Évaluer la maturité agile et proposer des plans d’accompagnement adaptés;
- Soutenir les Scrum Masters, les responsables de produit et les leaders dans l’exercice de leurs rôles;
- Concevoir et animer des ateliers, des formations, des rétrospectives et des activités de résolution de problèmes;
- Favoriser la collaboration, la transparence, la responsabilisation et l’autonomie;
- Améliorer la gestion du flux, la priorisation, la prévisibilité et la livraison de valeur;
- Accompagner la gestion des dépendances, des risques et des enjeux dans des environnements multiéquipes;
- Contribuer aux communautés de pratique et au partage des apprentissages;
- Agir comme agent de changement et promouvoir l’expérimentation.
Les clés de votre réussite
- Expérience pertinente à titre de Coach Agile, Scrum Master principal, conseiller en transformation ou dans un rôle similaire;
- Expérience démontrée en coaching d’équipes, de leaders et de professionnels agiles;
- Maîtrise de Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, Confluence ou de solutions équivalentes;
- Excellente compréhension de Scrum, Kanban, Lean et de la livraison de produits numériques;
- Solides compétences en facilitation, en accompagnement du changement et en résolution de conflits;
- Capacité à intervenir dans des contextes complexes comportant plusieurs équipes et parties prenantes.
- Certification ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, PSM, CSM, SAFe ou équivalente;
- Expérience en transformation agile à l’échelle ou dans une grande organisation, ainsi qu’en services-conseils ou dans des secteurs complexes et réglementés;
- Expérience en gestion de produits, DevOps ou livraison continue;
- Connaissance de la gestion du changement organisationnel et du leadership adaptatif.

Responsibilities
Coach teams, managers, and stakeholders in adopting and evolving Agile principles and practices, and assess Agile maturity to recommend tailored support plans. Facilitate workshops and problem-solving, strengthen collaboration and delivery practices, help manage dependencies and risks across teams, and promote experimentation and continuous learning.
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant experience as an Agile Coach, senior Scrum Master, transformation advisor, or in a similar role, with demonstrated coaching experience and strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and digital product delivery. They should be proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, Confluence, or equivalent tools, and have strong facilitation, change-management, and conflict-resolution skills; advanced French is specified.
